Directions to the Fairmont Office:
Take I-79 South to the East Park Avenue Exit (old downtown exit). Bear to the right off the exit, then get in the far left lane. Go thru the light between McDonald’s and Wendy’s. Go to next light with Domino’s and Subway and go straight thru. This is East Park Avenue. When you round the bend our office is on the left side of the road across from the Hot Dog Stand (right side of the road) and the High Life Lounge (left side of the road). The address is 603 Alta Vista.
Directions to Pinewood Medical Center in Grafton:
Take 119 South (a.k.a. Grafton Road) straight into Grafton. At the four corners intersection you will turn right and Pinewood Medical Center is on the left side across from the bank.
Directions to the Morgantown Office:
From I-79 take the Star City Exit down the hill to the intersection with Sheetz. Go straight across the bridge. At the light (CVS and Golden Corral on the right) make a left. Go to the stop sign and turn right. This is University Avenue. Go up the hill past United Bank (on right), the Post Office (on left), St. Mary’s Church and Dairy Mart (on left), then make a left into Colonial Park Office Complex. We are Suite #3, Morgantown Foot & Ankle Center. The address is 3280 University Avenue.
