Plantar Fasciitis or heel pain

Plantar fasciitis is the most common cause of heel pain. common ailment we see is plantar fasciitis. The plantar fascia is the flat band of tissue that connects your heel bone to your toes. It supports the arch of your foot. If you strain your plantar fascia it gets weak, swollen, irritated, and inflamed. Then the heel of your foot begins to hurt when you walk, particularly the first few steps in the morning getting out of bed. If you think you have plantar fasciitis, try these exercises and see if they relieve your symptoms. Also try to rest your foot, and avoid running or walking on hard surfaces. You should begin to experience less pain within the first few weeks of daily exercise.
